I'm both happy and angry about this picture. I'm happy that I went out of my comfort zone and drew someone with arms (gasp). And I'm happy that my inking seems to have improved. I'm a bit angry at myself because the anatomy is very bad, the folds of the clothes aren't right, and he looks a little like Sephiroth.
This is not Sephiroth, this is Tsuru, a blind swordsman (ohohoho how unoriginal...) character of mine. People started calling him Tsuru (crane) because of his odd hair. He eventually forgot his own name because no body used it anyway. He thinks it might have been Bob. Tsuru was born September 13th and he likes birds, swordsmanship, telling stories and Natto. He dislikes dogs which tend to bark at him because he's a tramp.
Natto is very smelly fermented soybeans that look as though they are covered in slimy yellowish troll bogeys. Most people consider them extremely nasty. I like them. I think they taste good, and so does Tsuru.
Ooh, this is beautiful. I don’t think the anatomy is wonky (the arms are better than my drawing of arms ) because the stylized and flowing shapes really make the picture.
